Kelly Cline

A native to the Nashville area, Kelly Cline received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 1991 from Belmont University. After receiving tenure as a teacher in the public school system, Kelly completed a Master of Arts degree in Counseling at Trevecca Nazarene University in 1995. Since that time, her resume includes school counseling positions on both the elementary and high school levels, as well as in a private practice setting. Kelly obtained listing by the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Rule 31 Family Mediator in 2001. She has built a solid reputation in the community as a trusted mediator with a common-sense approach to resolving conflict. Kelly is most well-known for her engaging speaking style and enjoys using this ability to educate groups of people through various seminars and workshops.
Sherry Crane

Sherry Crane, LPC-MHSP, is a consultant, speaker and mediator. She focuses on leadership development, coaching and conflict resolution strategies. She brings organizational development and management skills to the LifeBridge team. She is known for her creative and pragmatic approaches to individual and workplace issues.
She holds a Masters Degree in Counseling from Trevecca University, and a Bachelor's Degree from Middle Tennessee State University with a Major in Criminal Justice and Minors in Psychology and Sociology. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Tennessee. She brings 18 years of hands-on experience providing services to individuals, couples and families in both the public and private sectors. She has worked as Director of a non-profit agency as well as being involved in intricate parts of our government and educational systems.
Emily Leonard

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Emily earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Furman University in Greenville, SC. After moving to Nashville in the early 1990s, she received her Master's degree in Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University. The majority of Emily's professional experience has been in the Human Resources field of Fortune 100 companies where she daily resolved organizational disputes, counseled employees, and consulted with management teams. She became a civil mediator in 2001 and successfully handled countless union grievances while maintaining positive relationships with both parties. In 2003 Emily left the world of big business to help found LifeBridge. She is considered a subject matter expert in the area of conflict resolution – particularly as it relates to the business environment. |
